Quick Update! Again...

Quick Update!

Hey guys! It's Ke$ha here!

Just to let you know that for some reason I have been locked out of my MSP account (ilovekesha111), for 3 days. I don't actually know why this has happened but I will try to resolve the problem once I get back online.

Therefore, I would like to say;
sorry if I don't get back to your messages for a while. It's not I hate you or anything silly like that, it's just I can't access my account.
I was talking to one of my friends via my second account (which I am not going to name for my own reasons...) and they said try the app.

Yeah I have got the MSP app on my IPhone but it also says on there that I have been locked out. So, don't message me about that anymore guys! It doesn't work!

Quick update!

So thank you all so far for reviewing my new movie series "Million Dollar Mates". I've really appreciated your feedback!
Currently, Parts 1-4 are available. And tomorrow hopefully Part 5 will be too.

I would also like to say a massive thank you to all of you for viewing my blog following my comeback last weekend.
I know I say this practically every single post... But I can't thank you enough for all of the support you guys have given me! It's crazy! I posted last Sunday with; 14,500 views. Since then, whilst I've been on holiday this week, I've received another 300 views! In one week! Taking us up to 14,800 views!

Words can not express my gratitude and thanks to all of you.

I'm Back!

I'm Back!

Hey guys! It's Ke$ha here!

Wow! I haven't been active in almost a year!
But you guys have been loyal and consistently stayed with my blog. Thank you all so much for still viewing even when I'm not active!


Since I was active last year, my blog has received 1,500 views whilst I've been inactive! 14,500 views now! Guys! That's insane!

Also while I'm here, I'd like to announce that I am also back on MSP and I'm working on a new movie series called "Million Dollar Mates", based on the book series that I have read by Kathy Hopkins. (It's an amazing book and if you want to preview it or buy the books the links will be at the bottom!) 

So once again, thank you all SO SO much for continuing to view this blog and I hope you continue to do so as I am now more active.

Hey guys! It's Ke$ha here!

Now I know I haven't posted in a while, it's been exactly a month to be honest. But I just wanted to update you on what's been happening on MSP lately. 

So I'm back online! I've received loads of messages saying "Where have you been?!" And a lot of others saying "Bring out another movie series!" 

So as you may have seen, my last movie series was called "The Xmas Mistery" And was a 5 part series. It was a HUGE sucess for me, and now I am proud to announce I have brought out another new series. 

It's to do with love, and it's a bit late for Valentines Day but so what? It's about 2 sisters called Eva and Abby who have been abandoned by their parents in Itally, they then find a mansion owned by the Prince of Itally called Michael. They live with him and Abby starts to fall in love with him and make good friends with his other friend Lily. and George. Jealous, Eva teams up with Miss Ellie, a girl who fancies Michael and is evil, they then plot to ruin Abby, Michael, Lily and George's lives forever!

Part 1 and 2 are out now!

13,000 Views!

Wow guys! I haven't posted in ages, since the New Year but already we have reached our June target of 13,000 views!
I posted yesterday and was gonna post twice but then I was so tired after writing my long post about healthy living, which took 2 hours write in case you're wondering, so I thought I'd post today instead. 

I'd just like to say, as I always do, a massive thankyou to all of you who are reading this blog and taking the time to listen to me ramble on about stuff, only joking! ;) 

But this does really mean a lot to me so thankyou so so so much all of you!

So now that we've reached another target I'd better set another one then eh? 
Ok so by July I'd like to have 17,000 views on this blog!
Yes I've taken it up a notch because I've realized just how quickly we've been achieving our targets.

Healthy Living.

Sorry I haven't made a blog post in ages! It's just I was so busy back at school doing tests and stuff. Anyway I will continue to post on my blog and even if I don't post often I will never fail to not post at least for a year ;) 

Anyway I just want to say thankyou all so much for giving me 13,000 views! That was our target for June but we've reached it by February! That's insane! I love you all! xoxo

Anyway now we're way into the new year now and probably all of us have stopped our resolutions. (Myself included,) but there are still ways that we can improve our lifestyles and a major one is eating healthy. Now I know that with all the newly available products on the market now that involve sugar will tempt us all and they really don't help with our health. I've noticed myself that by eating more and more sweets than usual in a small time can make a huge difference to your weight. But don't worry because I am going to take you on a step by step guide to a healthier lifestyle!

Steps: 

Step 1. Know your BMI. 
BMI= Body Mass Index
This measures the height, body, with your weight, mass, to get an idea of your health and what you should be weighing at your age. 
If you know your BMI and you are over or under weight then you know you have something to work towards. 
A way that you can check your BMI is by using the NHS's website for the BMI chart which allows you to see and compare your weight to your age and height.

Out of reluctance, I will show you my BMI...
So I am 5ft 8, I weigh 9 stone and 3 pounds, mainly because I swim I do have bigger bones than a lot of people I know even some boys, and it says that I am a healthy weight and that I am within a 66th percentile for my age. So I am ok. However, the pounds I should weigh for my age are between 80 and 110 pounds however I weigh 140 so I know I need to bring it down by 30 pounds at least. 

Step 2. Regular exercise. 
The NHS recommends at least 1 hour of exercise per day for everyone, wether it's walking, jogging, running, swimming, going to a gym, riding a bike, skateboarding, skipping, diving, athletics, gymnastics, ballet, canoeing, kayaking, surfboarding, walking your dog, trampolining, hop scotch, football, rugby, cricket, baseball, tennis, as long as your doing it for an hour then you're ok. 
Regular exercise is important because it helps to keep your body in shape, it can also contribute to the functioning of things such as your immune system, your cholesterol and your heart's performance. If any of these things go wrong because of a lack of health, this can contribute to heart disease, cancer, problems with your bows, a stroke and even problems with your blood flow. 
A lot of people around the world are now slightly overweight or obese because of a lack of a healthy lifestyle, so we would really like to bring down the numbers so that more of us can become healthier people, have less body problems and live longer even. 

Step 3. Healthy eating. 
A lack of healthy eating is the key to a poor healthy lifestyle and therefore many are advised to swap foods with high sugars and fat in them for low fat foods with potentially no sugar inside of them. 
It is advised that everyone of us should eat up to 5 portions of fruit and vegetables a day. Now people think that fruit and vegetables aren't tasty like chocolate. However this just proves that we have all been eating to much sugary food and have gotten used to the taste of fat and sugar instead of Vitamin C. (Which is available in most fruit and vegetables by the way.) 
You don't have to just eat an apple or carrot on their own, try mixing it up a bit. For example, try eating cut up apples with low fat yogurt in the mornings for breakfast instead of a breakfast bar which contains a lot of unknown sugars and fats. And for a carrot, try eating it with a Greek salad and lemon dressing for lunch or dinner, which is extremely healthy and yummy. 
However I completely understand if younger children don't want to eat more "grown up" salads with dressings or low fat yogurts. So try the website Change4life, which is designed by the NHS for children to cut back on fizzy drinks and sugary sweets and swap them for healthier meals such as fruit and vegetables. They also swap activities too so instead of watching TV, you could be out on your bike in the fresh air getting an hour, at least, of exercise.

Step 4. Take care of yourself. 
It's all well that you are now doing more exercise, eating well and knowing your BMI but you also have to think about the amount you do. Some people chose to do very little and become severely overweight or obese and others chose to do so much exercise or eat so little that they become severely underweight or even anorexic. You really don't want to become obese or anorexic because these are serious conditions that are hard to get rid of and can cause you a lot of problems. So when we say stick to the right amount, you NEED to stick to the right amount. Don't ever put yourself in a situation where you can't control your obesity or anorexia. And if you do become either obese or anorexic, then get in contact with the NHS, your local GP or contact a counselor immediately. 
Another really important aspect of taking care of yourself is skincare and physical appearance. This mainly applies to girls that are 12+ however it can apply to boys of a similar age but it may not affect them as much. Puberty is the stage where everyone begins to change, we may notice skin pours, blackheads, spots, achen and uneven skin. Girls and boys are advised to use the UK's number one trusted treatment for all of these called clean and clear. They range from moisturizers to blackhead removers to facial wipes all trusted and effective to get rid of your unnecessary skin problems. This is used mainly across girls but some boys may find it easier to use freedom which produce the same products as clean and clear. Also another of the UK's number one treatments. However if you don't live in the UK then a product that everyone has heard of is the Simple range. They do the exact same products mainly used for girls but not really boys. And finally another major remedy for great skin is to drink LOADS of water. Up to 10 glasses a day is advised! It really helps to bring out your skin's glow and natural fullness. And I tried and I can really see the benefit

Step 5. Check the labels. 
A lot of the food packaging hides fat and sugar amounts in attempt to make you buy their so called "low calories" product. So when you pick up a packet, always turn to the back and check for the amount of calories, fats and sugars inside of it before buying it. Also consider the price because it the product is £3/$3, and has lots of calories, sugar and fats inside of it then IT'S NOT WORTH IT! Don't buy expensive fatty products.

Happy New Year! Welcome to 2015!

So basically I am writing this while being really really hung over so if I make any mistakes in my writing then I am sorry...

But HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!

Wow! 2015 Starting fresh, today I managed my resolutions well but I think that by the end of the week I will have broken them all... :/ 

How are you all doing on the 1st day of the new year?
Have you kept to all of your resolutions?...

Anyway, London was mental yesterday night but the trains were so full I didn't get home until 4am :O

Today was awesome though, I got to go to a Zoo and do a feeding experience which my friend got me for Christmas. 

Yeah, I got to feed a Tiger, Lion, Otter, Giraffe, Penguin, Monkey and Rhino. 
I was TERRIFIED standing next to the male Lion, Tiger, Monkey, Giraffe and Rhino though.

But I had a great time and tomorrow, I'm doing an indoor skydiving experience with my brother which should be sick!
I'm trying to make the most of my holidays before I go back to school. But I still have SO much homework to catch up on. 

Anyways, just wanted to update you on what I'm doing so far in 2015, I hope you're all having an amazing time as well :)

And a Little Extra Magic...






Happy New Year!

New Year! 



Hey guys, it's Ke$ha here! So I'm very sorry I haven't been active since Christmas eve. It was mainly because I was busy with my family and friends celebrating and opening all of my presents! ;) 
I hope you all got what you wanted...
I certainly did! 

Anyway, only a week since Christmas and now, today, another important event has come up: New Year!

Where I am right now it is New Year's Eve 2014 and the time currently is... 22:10pm! So ten past ten at night.
AHH ONLY 2 HOURS AND 50 MINUTES TO GO! 

My cousins are a year ahead of me already, they live in Australia so they were one of the 1st to celebrate 2015, as well as New Zealend. 

I was watching the news earlier and on BBC News they were showing the fireworks in Moscow, Russia, they weren't as good as London's though! I can't wait to see London's! Our city does the best I think. 

I'm lucky though, I'm currently writing this from my phone and it's taking forever. But all I'm doing is sitting on a train waiting to get into London, IT'S PACKED! 

So since I'm writing this from my phone, I don't know if the firework pictures will work... So sorry if they don't I will tamper with them when I get home onto my laptop. 

But I just know I'm going to have a great night. After the fireworks, I'm going to a huge party that my boyfriend is hosting. #nosleep,upallnightxD 

Haha

But...

There is one thing I want to say:

New Years Resolutions... 
Ugh
Have you made any? 
I have!
I'll list them now:
1. To get fitter (in shape, not prettier.)
2. To eat more healthily 
3. To do homework and coursework on time
4. To get a whole new wardrobe of clothes for Spring/Summer!
5. Apply for that job at StarBucks

Some of my friends on MSP have messaged me theirs: One was to stop going on MSP!
I mean, the game is dead, but weirdly, so addictive!

And lastly...

2014 Has been an amazing year for me.
So many happy times, so many fun times. 
So many achievements on MSP, my blog and in real.
All of you have made this blog possible.
And you're all incredible.

Christmas Eve!

Christmas eve!

Hey guys, it's Ke$ha here!

Now you may have noticed that I have been posting every day recently? Well this is because I am so excited with my new Christmas themed blog AND that fact that it now has 10,346 views! 

Now, today is an especially special day. Why? Well because it's the best day of the year, CHRISTMAS EVE! 
And I've just realized how I'm NEVER going to get to sleep tonight. 

Me and my brother keep going over to our presents, and rattling them and peeking inside when my parents aren't looking, just to see if we can find out what's inside! :D 

I guess I'm lucky though, we have 2 trees each with about 40 presents underneath them. 

But I know that some people don't get this luxury. So I would like a moment of silence to remember those who are less fortunate than us. People living in Africa, People in poverty or on the streets, Children that are abused, People who have lost some of their families in the Lorry Bin crash in Glasgow, People in hospital or in Prison and People with no families. 

...


But for now, I wish you all a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS AND I WILL SEE YOU ALL, LATER. BYEEEEE!

Hi guys, so today I posted in the morning and I had 9,600 views on my blog. I went shopping and came back, I looked online and I had exactly 10,078 views on this blog! 

That's 478 views in 2 hours which is insane! 

So I just wanted to say a MASSIVE thanks to all of you guys who have supported me and viewed this blog. I love you all! 

So now I guess that I should set a new objective for 2015, so by June 2015, I would like to have 13,000 or above views on this blog.

Hi guys, it's Ke$ha here. 

So basically, I need help! Level help. 

I am 11k away from level 13 on MSP and I would really appreciate it if I just got one Autograph or even a greeting. 

I am receiving a couple of greetings from my best friend Chealsea282 in January when she gets more VIP but until then I really would like to make progress.

I also DO know about the cheat where you can get lots of fame and 10 starcoins by just watching short movies. But in case some of you don't know about this I will explain...


1. Go onto movie town and go to movies. 



2. In the search button on the top right screen, type in 'sm' . 


3. Watch any sm, they usually last about 12-16 seconds so it's easy. 


4.Rate it 5 stars and leave a comment. 

5. You will earn 10 starcoins and 200 fame. But the more you watch, you will only receive 5 starcoins and 100 fame. But hey, it's still something.
